My Collecting Story

Welcome to my Baseball, Etc site.  I've been active in the hobby since I was a kid.  My parents owned a grocery store so in the Summer when school was out, I rode to work with my dad on the days the candy truck stopped by to drop off candy at my parent's store.  This is the time when my love of baseball cards turned into the obsession it is today.  My hobby collecting interests include vintage Topps complete sets from 1965 to 1980, modern complete sets from 1981 to 2000, Topps Heritage complete sets from 2001 to present, vintage Braves team sets from 1939 to 1980, and modern Braves team sets from 1981 to present.  I'm a huge Atlanta Braves fan!  My childhood idol was Hank Aaron, and my all-time favorite Braves' player is Dale Murphy.  I collect Murphy cards too and I currently have over 375 different cards.  I'm looking forward to meeting other traders to help complete my sets and build my collection.  Thanks so much for stopping by!  Roger
