Liminal Creations Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our") provides Rodha 2 for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app or contact us about it.
Rodha 2 is free to download and includes advertising and optional in-app purchases. You do not need to provide an email address or password to play. However, the app and the third-party services it uses process certain information to support advertising, purchases and online multiplayer.
The app stores game progress and settings on your device, including unlocked levels, coins, trophies, achievements, character selections, audio preferences, a generated guest name and purchase entitlement status. Information needed for an online race, such as your guest name, selected character and gameplay state, is also transmitted to provide multiplayer.
Rodha 2 uses Unity Authentication, Unity Lobby and Unity Relay for online play. These services process generated player identifiers, IP addresses and connection information. Multiplayer also uses room and session identifiers and exchanges gameplay information to connect players and synchronize a race.
Your guest name, character appearance and race activity are visible to other players in your session. Online play uses service-generated identifiers even though you do not sign in with a personal email address.
Rodha 2 uses Unity Ads to display advertisements, including rewarded ads. Depending on your device, permissions, privacy choices and location, Unity Ads and its advertising partners may process:
Advertising identifiers and other device or app identifiers;
IP address and approximate location, such as your country or region;
Device model, operating system, language and app information;
Ad views, clicks, completed rewarded ads and related interactions; and
Technical, usage and diagnostic information used to deliver, measure and troubleshoot advertising and prevent fraud.
Unity services used by the app may also process technical information and service logs to maintain reliability and resolve errors. The advertising and multiplayer services receive data directly from the app; we do not necessarily receive a copy of every item they process.
If you make an in-app purchase, Apple or Google processes the payment. The app uses purchase confirmation and entitlement information to provide the purchased feature, such as removing interstitial ads. Apple and Google do not provide your full payment-card details to us through the app.
If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include, such as your message, device details, screenshots or purchase reference. We use this information to respond and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
We and the services used by the app process information to:
Save your progress and preferences;
Connect players, operate rooms and synchronize multiplayer races;
Deliver purchased features and advertising rewards;
Display ads, measure their performance and, where permitted, personalize them;
Diagnose problems, maintain service reliability and prevent fraud or abuse;
Respond to support and privacy requests; and
Meet applicable legal obligations.
Where a legal basis is required, the basis depends on the purpose: providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the app, consent for processing that requires it, or compliance with a legal obligation. Unity explains the grounds for processing it undertakes for its own purposes in its privacy policy.
Information may be disclosed to:
Unity and its service providers, for advertising, authentication and multiplayer;
Unity's advertising partners, for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and permitted personalization;
Apple or Google, when you download the app or make purchases;
Other players, as described in the multiplayer section;
Our email service provider, when you contact support; and
Authorities or professional advisers, when reasonably necessary to meet a legal obligation, address a dispute or protect rights and safety.
Sharing data for personalized advertising may fall within legal definitions of "sale", "sharing" or targeted advertising in some jurisdictions. Your choices and rights depend on the law that applies to you and the processing involved.

You can manage available advertising and tracking preferences through your device's privacy settings. Unity may also provide privacy information and choices through a Data Privacy icon in its ads. The available controls depend on your device, region and the ad being shown.
Limiting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads or stop processing needed to deliver the service, maintain security or prevent fraud. Contact us if you need help exercising an applicable right to withdraw consent or opt out of targeted advertising, sale or sharing.
Device-stored progress and preferences remain until the app's local data is removed. Your operating system's backup or restore features may retain or restore some information.
Support correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, handle related disputes and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the request and any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Data held by service providers follows the retention rules for the relevant service and any applicable legal requirements. Unity currently documents a 30-day retention period for Relay personal data and up to 30 days for player identifiers in Lobby logs. Unity Authentication records are retained until deleted through its deletion mechanisms. Advertising data follows Unity's retention policy. App-store transaction records are subject to Apple's or Google's practices and applicable requirements.
Closing the game or uninstalling it does not itself request deletion of information already held by us or service providers.
To request access to or deletion of information associated with Rodha 2, email liminalcreations.games@gmail.com. We may need information reasonably necessary to verify your request and locate the relevant records. Where a provider processes information on our behalf, we will work with that provider as needed. Providers may also offer direct privacy-request channels for information they control independently.
Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, receive a portable copy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures. You may also have a right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

Rodha 2 is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information through Rodha 2, contact liminalcreations.games@gmail.com. We will review the concern and take steps required by applicable law, which may include deleting information that was processed without a required legal basis or parental consent.
Unity, Apple, Google and other providers may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Privacy protections may differ between countries. International processing is subject to applicable data-protection requirements; the providers' policies explain their transfer arrangements.
We seek to protect information through appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
An advertisement or external link may take you to another app or website. The operator of that destination is responsible for its own information practices. Review its privacy policy before providing information.
We may update this policy as the app or its services change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent for a material change.
