Rockland Indoor Ultimate is a co-ed indoor ultimate league, focused on fun and competitive ultimate frisbee. Our players range in skill and experience--all are welcome.

Games are played from 8-10 PM on indoor turf fields at Westrock Indoor Sports in Nanuet, NY--just minutes from the Tappan Zee Bridge, Bergen County, NJ, and local train stations. Each team plays two timed 42-minute games per night from 8 - 10 PM.
