Welcome to RockAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RockAI app, an AI-powered application designed to identify rocks through image recognition, provided by Juanjo Valiño ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with our Terms, do not use our services.

1. Use of the Service

   RockAI allows users to upload images of rocks to identify their characteristics and geological classification. You agree to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use and not to misuse the functionalities provided by RockAI.

   RockAI does not collect or store any personal data from its users. Your use of RockAI is anonymous unless you voluntarily provide us with feedback or contact us directly.

   All intellectual property rights in the app and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and images, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our app. Your continued use of the app after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
