Rock, Paper, Scissors Warmup

Created by Kevin Tiller, converted by Becky Foellmer

First, use the Slides at left, below and have your students play "Rock, Paper, Scissors" against this site. Click where it says "Click Here to Start" and say "Rock, Paper, Scissors, ..." with the computer. When you say "show", click on any one of the links that says "Click here on "Show"". Then, on the Slides at right, click anywhere on the slide to move to the next slide and see the activities students will do based on whether they win, lose or tie the computer. Click to load the 30 second timer video, then click to start it. To play again, click anywhere on the slide show at the left. Repeat.

Note: You can have all students play against the computer and do the activity based on win, lose, or tie. OR, you can have one student play against the computer and the whole class, then, does the resultant activity. OR, you can have the students play each other and forgo playing against the computer and just have them each do the respective activity - so either they would both be doing the "tie" activity, or one would do the "win" activity and the other would do the "lose" activity.

The computer chooses:
