We aim at helping students/ robotics enthusiasts in their learning goals and providing them with the required resources to embark on their journey into Robotics as well as know more about the c official robotics team -RoboManipal of Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal.

• Neither is user information collected by us, nor do we require it to login.
• In case you have logged in via your Google account, certain details will be shared with Dialogflow and other platforms and integrations used in our chat bot. This includes location history, device details, conversation ID and queries.
• The Activity Controls page for your Google account comprises permissions pertaining to Google Services and can be altered. Setting up Account Linking for Actions on Google is solely dependent on the user.

How do we use the information?

Apart from using the queries to enhance the working and efficacy of our chat bot, we do not use any other form of data.

• The information collected by api.ai and integrations are crucial to ensuring that our chat bot functions well.
• The user's data is not used for any personal business, organisational venture or promotions.

What are the other permissions taken?

The chat-bot was designed after consent from the board of RoboManipal.

• Permissions have been taken regarding sharing details pertaining to the RoboManipal website, the projects it undertakes, as well as other details. The brand-verification has already been done.
• Few details about this student team (RoboManipal) have been provided as links.
• No personal data has been shared in the form of responses.
• Resources like the RoboManipal logo and other images have been taken from their official website after due permissions.

Is there any information that we share?
