FinanceApps is a financial management platform that provides stock control, procurement solutions and a host of other features.
The goal of this project was to completely refresh the UI for better usability while optimising business processes to streamline stock control, procurement workflows and other smaller features.
The UI was outdated and unintuitive, leading to inefficiencies in financial operations.
Procurement workflows were too complex and time-consuming, requiring automation.
Users had difficulty tracking stock levels, leading to procurement delays.
As the UX/UI lead for this project, I worked closely with stakeholders, current clients and developers to redesign the user interface and optimise workflows to improve efficiency.
USER RESEARCH & JOURNEY MAPPING: Conducted interviews with the relevant teams and existing clients to identify stock control and procurement bottlenecks.
