The goal of this project was to conceptualise and design a CRM System from the ground up that prioritises user experience and workflow efficiency.

Existing CRM systems were cluttered and difficult to navigate, leading to inefficient workflows.
Many platforms had steep learning curves making adoption for non-technical users, more challenging.
Businesses needed a more intuitive way to manage customer interactions, sales pipelines, and reporting without unnecessary complexity.
My Role & Approach
My Role & Approach
As the lead UX/UI designer, I was responsible for conceptualising and designing the entire UI from scratch while aligning it with real-world user needs.
USER RESEARCH & JOURNEY MAPPING: Conducted extensive research to understand pain points in existing CRMs and interviewed potential users to identify gaps.
WIREFRAMING & PROTOTYPING: developed low- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, focusing on a clean, modular interface.
WORKFLOW OPTIMISATION: Designed a simplified dashboard and automation tools to reduce manual data entry.
CROSS FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Worked with product stakeholders and developers to ensure technical feasibility while maintaining a seamless user experience.
