Welcome to my site! My name is Robert Dyck and I'm an architectural draftsperson providing contractors and homeowners with complete house plans ready for permits and construction. While I specialize in new home plans and drafting, I also provide planning for additions and renovations as well as accessory dwellings, garages and shops. 

I use 3D design software for every project enabling the client to visualize their project throughout the stages of project development. An affinity for balanced design combined with proficiency in current building codes ensures your project will start on the right footing.

Home plans and drafting services are available throughout western Canada. Renderings, virtual tours and other services are available to clients in the U.S. and Canada.
