This Privacy Policy explains how RebarPro ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application. RebarPro is designed for civil engineers, contractors, and construction professionals to calculate rebar weight and generate Bar Bending Schedules.
1. Information We Collect
Data You Enter Into the App
The App allows you to enter information such as:
Bar sizes
Bar lengths
Quantities
Prices
Project names
Engineer or Company names used for PDF branding
This information is stored locally on your device only using local device storage. We do not collect, transmit, or store this information on our servers, and it is not linked to your identity by us.
Advertising Information
RebarPro uses Google AdMob to display advertisements for free users. Google AdMob may collect your device's Advertising ID and other information necessary to provide personalized or non-personalized ads and measure advertising performance.
Purchase Information
If you purchase the Pro upgrade, the transaction is processed securely through Google Play Billing.
We receive confirmation that your purchase was successful so that Pro features can be unlocked. We do not receive or store your payment information, such as your credit card number or billing address.
RebarPro does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information.

3. Your Ad Choices
You can manage your advertising preferences through your Android device settings:
Settings → Google → Ads
From there, you can:
Opt out of personalized advertising.
Delete or reset your Advertising ID.
Please note that opting out of personalized ads does not remove advertisements from the App.
4. Data Storage and Retention
All project data, calculations, and application settings are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage.
We do not maintain servers that store your project information.
If you uninstall the App or clear its data, all locally stored information will be permanently deleted.
5. Children's Privacy
RebarPro is intended for professional use by civil engineers, contractors, and construction professionals.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided information through the App, please contact us so we can address the matter.
6. Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell your personal information.
The data you enter into the App never leaves your device and is not shared with third parties.
Information required for advertising and purchase processing is handled only by Google through AdMob and Google Play Billing as described above.
7. Data Security
Data transmitted to Google services, including AdMob and Google Play Billing, is encrypted during transmission according to Google's security standards.
Data stored locally is protected by your device's operating system security features.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.
By continuing to use the App after changes are published, you agree to the revised Privacy Policy.
