PRIVACY POLICY — ROADSTER FLYING ROBOT CAR
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [PUBLISHER NAME] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Roadster Flying Robot Car on iOS and its Android version, currently named DQP Vehicle Arena (collectively, the “Game”).
If you have questions or requests concerning your privacy, please contact diepquocphong@gmail.com.
1. Information We Process
The Game does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or phone number to play.
The Game stores certain information locally on your device to maintain your experience, including:
Language, audio, graphics, and control settings.
Vehicle and equipment selections and unlocked content.
Tutorial progress, gameplay statistics, and match history.
Performance reports when you choose to use the performance testing feature.
We do not automatically upload this gameplay progress information to our own servers. However, your operating system may back up or restore application data according to your device settings and the platform provider’s policies.
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message content, and any information or attachments you voluntarily provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiries and provide support.
2. Google AdMob Advertising
The Game uses Google AdMob, through the Google Mobile Ads SDK, to display advertisements. Advertising formats may include banner ads, interstitial ads, app open ads, native ads, and rewarded ads.
The advertising SDK may automatically collect and share information with Google, including:
Your IP address and approximate location inferred from it.
Advertising identifiers and other application or device identifiers permitted by the platform.
Interaction information, such as app launches, ad views, and ad clicks.
Diagnostic information, crash information, and application or SDK performance data.
The information processed depends on your operating system, SDK version, advertising configuration, and privacy choices. Google describes these practices in its documentation for Android and iOS.
Google uses information to deliver advertisements, measure advertising effectiveness, improve its services, and prevent fraud. Ad personalization depends on applicable settings, permissions, and consent requirements.
Non-personalized advertisements may still involve data processing for purposes such as limiting how often an advertisement is shown and producing advertising reports. For details, see Google’s explanation of personalized and non-personalized ads.
You can learn more by reading the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
3. Tracking Permissions and Advertising Choices
On iOS, the Game may request tracking permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You can allow or decline this request and continue playing.
You can manage this permission under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you decline, the application cannot access your device’s advertising identifier, known as IDFA, or track you using alternative identifying information. See Apple’s tracking permission guidance.
On Android, you can manage available advertising preferences and advertising identifier controls through your device’s privacy or advertising settings. Available options vary by operating system version and device manufacturer.
Restricting tracking or ad personalization does not necessarily disable advertisements or stop all data processing associated with delivering advertisements.
4. Performance Reports and Voluntary Sharing
If you enable the performance testing feature, the Game may record information such as frame rate, frame timing, test duration, graphics settings, and related technical information.
These reports are stored on your device and are not automatically sent to us. You may choose to copy, save, or share a report.
If you share a report through another application or service, that provider processes the information according to its own privacy policy.
5. Information Sharing and Third-Party Services
Advertising information may be processed by Google and partners involved in delivering, measuring, or protecting advertising services, according to their applicable policies.
Information you send by email is also processed through email service providers so that we can receive and respond to your request.
We may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations or valid requests from competent authorities.
When you select an advertisement or external link, you may be directed to a third-party website, application store, or service. This Privacy Policy does not govern those services. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.
Google and other service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence, subject to their policies and applicable data protection arrangements. Additional information is available in the Google Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Gameplay progress and settings remain on your device until they are deleted, replaced, or removed when the application is uninstalled. Where available, you can use your operating system’s controls to clear application data. System backups and exported reports must be managed separately.
We retain support correspondence for as long as necessary to address your request, resolve related issues, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies. Deleting the Game does not automatically delete information already received by Google or another service provider.
You can request assistance concerning information we hold by contacting diepquocphong@gmail.com. We cannot directly access or remotely delete information stored only on your device.
7. Security and Your Rights
Information stored within the application benefits from the security mechanisms provided by your device and operating system. No method of data storage or transmission is completely secure. We encourage you to protect your device and share reports or support information only with parties you trust.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; restrict or object to its processing; or withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
To make a request concerning information we process, contact us using the email address below. We may request appropriate information to verify your request.
For information managed by Google, you may also use the privacy controls and support channels described in Google’s policies.
8. Children’s Privacy
Parents or legal guardians may contact us with questions about a child’s use of the Game or if they believe a child’s personal information has been processed improperly.
When we receive such a report, we will review it and take appropriate action concerning information within our control, in accordance with applicable law.
9. Changes to This Policy and Contact Information
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game’s features, advertising services, or data handling practices change.
The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice.
