This application provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information we receive from users. 1. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

This App allows users to create and share content (e.g., photos, comments, notes). By using these features, you agree to our End User License Agreement (EULA), which prohibits:

Objectionable content (e.g., illegal, defamatory, or sexually explicit material).

Abusive behavior (e.g., harassment, spam, or hate speech).

We implement the following measures to moderate UGC:

Automated filters to detect prohibited content.

Manual review by moderators for reported content.

A user reporting system accessible via the App’s "Report" feature.

Account suspension for repeated policy violations.

Your UGC remains your intellectual property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and store it for service operation. 

2. Information Collection and Use

2.1 Personal Information We Collect

In the course of using the Services, you may provide us with personally identifiable information, including:

Third-party user information: If you log in via a social network (e.g., Facebook, WeChat), we collect public profile information (e.g., nickname, email) permitted by your privacy settings to create your account.

Mobile phone number and SMS verification code: Required to register an account. We send SMS codes to verify your identity, and your number serves as your login credential.

Password: Optional for login (you may use SMS codes alone).

Location information: We request location access to provide services like nearby charging station recommendations or route planning. For example, when using the "Charge Nearby" feature, we use your location to show real-time charger availability and estimate arrival time.

Device storage and camera: We use storage permission to save photos you upload for cloud sync (e.g., backing up to Firebase servers). Camera permission allows you to take photos within the App for sharing in user-generated content features.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share personal information with third parties, but may share anonymized/aggregated data with partners like Firebase or Admob to improve our services. 

4. EU User Rights

For users in the EU, we obtain your explicit consent before:

Collecting personal data for personalized ads.

Sharing data with third parties.

You can manage consent in Settings > Data Preferences or choose a non-personalized experience (uses a device identifier only).

5. Security

We protect UGC and personal data with encryption and access controls, but no system is 100% secure. If a breach occurs, we will notify you per legal requirements.
