RoadBounce is developed as a Final Year Project for road anomaly detection and monitoring.
The application collects road condition data to detect potholes, bumps, and other road anomalies.
RoadBounce may collect the following information:
GPS location coordinates
Road anomaly details
Sensor-based vibration readings
Date and time of detected anomaly
Device-generated information
The collected data is used only for:
Detecting potholes and road anomalies
Displaying road anomaly locations on the mobile application
Improving road safety monitoring
Academic and research purposes
The collected data is stored in Firebase Realtime Database. The data is used only for the RoadBounce system and is not sold or shared with third parties.
RoadBounce uses location permission to record the exact location of detected road anomalies. Without location permission, the application may not work properly.
RoadBounce does not sell, trade, or share user personal data with any third party.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect stored data. However, no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
