개인정보처리방침

"도로 CCTV"(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 회원가입이 없으며, 이름·연락처·계정 정보 등 어떠한 개인정보도 요구하지 않습니다.
2. 위치정보
"내 위치" 기능 사용 시 기기의 위치 권한을 요청합니다. 위치정보는 지도 화면을 현재 위치로 이동하는 데에만 기기 내에서 일시적으로 사용되며, 저장되거나 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 위치 권한을 거부해도 위치 이동 외의 모든 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
3. 기기 내 저장 데이터
즐겨찾기 목록과 CCTV 목록 캐시는 이용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
4. 제3자 서비스
- 국가교통정보센터(ITS) OpenAPI: CCTV 영상 및 돌발상황 정보를 조회합니다.
- OpenStreetMap: 지도 타일을 불러옵니다.
이 과정에서 통신을 위한 IP 주소 등 기술적 정보가 해당 서비스에 전달될 수 있으나, 앱이 이를 수집하지는 않습니다.
5. 광고 및 분석
앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며, 분석(애널리틱스) 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
6. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 아동의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 방침 변경
본 방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 업데이트를 통해 공지합니다.

"Road CCTV Korea" (the "App") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws.
1. Personal Data We Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no sign-up, and no name, contact, or account information is requested.
2. Location Data
When you use the "My location" feature, the App requests the device's location permission. Location data is used only on your device, temporarily, to move the map to your current position. It is never stored or transmitted. All features except map centering work without location permission.
3. Data Stored on Your Device
Your favorites list and the CCTV list cache are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the App.
4. Third-Party Services
- Korea National Transport Information Center (ITS) OpenAPI: used to fetch CCTV streams and incident information.
- OpenStreetMap: used to load map tiles.
Technical information such as your IP address may be transmitted to these services as part of normal network communication, but the App itself does not collect it.
5. Advertising and Analytics
The App shows no ads and uses no analytics tools.
6. Children's Privacy
The App collects no personal data, including from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
Changes will be announced through App updates.
