Amendment to Covenant Section 4.6 - Leasing and Rental of Units
As of March 2, 2026 the River Neighborhood amended section 4.6 of the Special Covenants of Skyland River Neighborhood to allow for rental of units for 12 months or more. Please review the required Notification To the Association required for all leased units.
