- Bring your phone and your VR viewer to class. If you don't have a phone or a VR viewer, please let Connie know ASAP.

- Heart Sutra -- this is only a page and a half long. Read it. Sit with it. Take some time to try to figure out what it means, and jot down some notes about your initial thoughts to share in class. Do this before moving onto the next readings for today's class.
- The Heart Sutra Will Change You Forever
- Thich Nhat Hanh, "Interbeing," and "Empty of What?" (password is the same as last week's reading -- see our discussion board if you've forgotten!)
