Personal details
I am a Mathematics Ph.D. currently working in industry. This website details my activities as a professional mathematician, last working as a postdoctoral researcher in the geometry section of KU Leuven with Marco Zambon. Before that I was part of the geometry group of the Université libre de Bruxelles, working with Joel Fine. I obtained my Ph.D. from Utrecht University with Gil Cavalcanti and Marius Crainic as a member of the Geometric Structures group there.

Research interests:
My research interests consist mainly of differential geometry, namely Poisson, Dirac, and generalized complex geometry, specifically the usage of Lie algebroids to extend symplectic techniques to this setting. Furthermore, I am interested in gauge theory, particularly Seiberg-Witten gauge theory and the related fields of index theory and low-dimensional topology. I am moreover interested in hypersymplectic geometry and the study of symplectic Lie groupoids.
