Overview
RivetForm is a personal football record application. It stores match logs, training plans, app preferences, and user-entered profile text locally on your device. The source code uses Hive local storage, PDF/CSV export through the system share sheet, Google Play In-App Purchases, and a WebView for the privacy policy page. The inspected source does not include analytics SDKs, ads SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, authentication, accounts, cloud sync, location access, camera access, microphone access, contacts access, photo access, or notification permission handling.
Information We Collect
The app stores information you enter or configure, including your player name, match dates, scores, opponents, positions, ratings, notes, visible stat choices, training focus, checklist progress, theme, unit, and time format preferences. This information is saved locally on your device.
Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
RivetForm does not intentionally collect your location, contacts, photos, camera input, microphone input, account credentials, or advertising identifiers. The app does not ask you to create an account.
How We Use Information
Locally stored information is used to show your match history, dashboard summaries, insights, training progress, settings, and export files.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. When you export PDF or CSV files, the app creates a file on your device and opens the system share sheet. You choose where that exported file is sent.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Play In-App Purchases for voluntary contribution packs. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play. The privacy policy screen loads the policy page through a WebView and requires internet access. Export sharing uses your device share sheet.
Data Storage and Security
Your records are stored locally on your device. The app does not implement its own cloud backup or server database. Please use your device security settings and backups according to your preference.
Data Retention and Deletion
Records remain on your device until you delete them, uninstall the app, or clear app data. You can delete all app records from Settings.
Children's Privacy
RivetForm is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
User Choices
You can edit settings, export your records, choose whether to share exported files, make voluntary contributions, or delete all app data from Settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date will be updated when a new policy is published.
