Overview
Reliable Information System Lab (RIS Lab) is a research group in the Department of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering at University of Ulsan (UOU).
Our research group focuses on advancing error correction code (ECC) to enhance the reliability and performance of information systems. We leverage insights from information theory, coding theory, optimization, and machine learning to develop innovative ECC solutions. Our work spans diverse applications, including wireless communication, semiconductor devices, DNA data storage, and quantum computing.
RIS Lab에서는 error correction code (ECC) 기술로 통신 시스템, 반도체 , DNA 저장장치, 양자 컴퓨터와 같은 다양한 information system의 reliability (신뢰도)와 performance (성능) 향상을 목표하고 있습니다.
