Location Information: We request access to track your mobile device’s location. We collect precise location data (foreground and background) to verify attendance via geofencing, track outdoor field meetings, and log your location during the submission of day-end reports.
Media and Files: We request access to your device's camera and photo gallery to allow you to upload images necessary for business operations, such as payment cheques, CNIC images, and client photographs.
3. How We Use Your Information We use the information collected via the App to:
Create and manage your corporate account.
Log and verify daily attendance (Punch In / Punch Out) based on designated office geofences.
Track field activity, outdoor meetings, and sales interactions for performance reporting.
Manage client pipelines, property bookings, and payment verifications.
Send push notifications regarding lead assignments, meetings, and announcements.
4. Disclosure of Your Information As an internal enterprise application, your data is primarily kept within the organization:
Internal Management: Your profile, location logs, and activity reports are visible to your assigned Line Managers (HOD/ASM), the HR department, and the CEO.
Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party services, specifically Google Firebase, for database hosting and real-time data syncing.
5. Security of Your Information We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All data is securely stored utilizing Google Firebase encrypted databases.

User Rights & Account Management Because Rising Estate is an enterprise application, account creation, modification, and deletion are managed by the internal Human Resources (HR) and Administration departments. If you wish to update your profile information, please contact your HR representative.
