My academic research interests include the systematic development of efficient designs and optimization of integrated nanophotonic and free-space optical devices for a wide range of applications. My research approach integrates the fundamental techniques from electromagnetics, photonics, numerical modeling, large-scale optimization, and sensitivity analysis to develop systematic, efficient, and scalable design methodologies, discovering emerging nanophotonic devices. The proposed methods and solutions have applications in next-generation imaging, sensing, energy harvesting, and optical computing.
Recently, I have completed Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering (ECE) from McMaster University, located in Canada. Previously, I have served as a full-time lecturer (on leave) in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at North South University, Bangladesh. I have been involved in academia for over eight years. Thus, I would be delighted to help you with any kind of academic suggestions and insights.
For academic/career advising and suggestions, I would be available with a prior-appointment. Please kindly use the aforementioned personal email address to schedule an appointment. Many thanks !
