Welcome to Rise – Motivational Alarm (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure.
You may be required to create or sign in with an account (e.g., Apple ID, Google).
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The App offers in-app purchases, including subscription plans (monthly/yearly) and free trial periods.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device settings.
Free trials may be offered. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription price.
All content in the App (logo, design, text, sounds, features) belongs to Rise – Motivational Alarm.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
If you upload or use custom sounds locally on your device, they remain your property.
We do not collect or store your custom audio on our servers.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you misuse the App or breach these Terms.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any indirect damages, data loss, or missed alarms.
Wake-up effectiveness may vary by individual.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted within the App or on our website.
