Last updated: [13.10.2026]
Rio Brew (“the App”, “the Game”) is a single-player game for iOS developed by Serik Botabaev (“I”, “me”, “the Developer”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles.
Rio Brew does not collect, store on a server, share, or sell your personal data. The App does not require an account, does not show ads, and does not use analytics or tracking tools.
I do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers (such as IDFA), or any other personal information. The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting SDKs.
The App saves your game progress (coins, stars, unlocked levels, upgrades) and your settings (music, sound, haptics, captions, accessibility options) locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to me or to any third party. If you delete the App, this data is deleted with it.
If you have iCloud backup enabled, Apple may include the App’s local data in your device backup. That is handled by Apple under Apple’s own privacy policy, and I have no access to it.
The App does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).
The App does not integrate third-party services that collect data. App downloads and purchases of the App itself, if any, are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. If the App’s data practices change, I will update this policy before the change takes effect.
