This Privacy Policy describes how Piramidka ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile game (the "App").

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

- App interactions (level started, level completed, in-app actions)

- App version and installation source

- Device state at the time of a crash

c) Advertising Identifiers

- Product IDs of purchased items

Collected via: Google Play Billing

We do NOT collect:

- Your real name, email address, or phone number

- Your precise location

- Photos, contacts, or other personal files on your device

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

- To improve gameplay, fix bugs, and enhance user experience

- To deliver personalized or non-personalized advertising

- To process in-app purchases through Google Play

- To analyze aggregated game performance and player behavior

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is suitable for all ages but is not directed specifically at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can remove it.

5. YOUR CHOICES

- Reset Advertising ID: Settings → Google → Ads on your Android device

- Opt out of personalized ads: Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

- Delete app data: Uninstall the App, or use Settings → Apps → Piramidka → Clear Data

6. DATA RETENTION

Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google's default retention policies (typically up to 14 months for analytics, 90 days for crash reports). We do not store any personal data on our own servers.

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Data collected by Google services may be processed in the United States or other countries where Google operates. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
