The core functionality of our App is to generate wedding ring designs using Artificial Intelligence based on your descriptions. To provide this service, we collect:
Text Prompts: The text descriptions, keywords, and style choices you enter into the App to describe your desired ring design.
Photo Library Access (Add-Only): If you choose to save an AI-generated ring design to your device, we request "add-only" (write-only) permission to your device's photo gallery.
How we collect it: Through a system-level permission request prompt.
Important Note: We DO NOT read, scan, upload, or access your existing personal photos. The permission is strictly used to save the newly generated image to your device.
We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:
To Generate AI Artwork: Your text prompts are processed to generate the requested jewelry and ring design images.
To Improve Prompts: Your text may be automatically expanded with descriptive keywords to ensure high-quality visual results.
To Save Content: To save the final generated image directly to your local device gallery (if you grant permission).
We do not use your text prompts to identify you personally, and we do not sell your data to marketing agencies.
To generate high-quality AI images, our App relies on external, industry-leading Artificial Intelligence providers.
By using the generation features in our App, you acknowledge and agree that your Text Prompts (and only your text prompts) are transmitted to the following third-party AI services:
OpenAI, L.L.C. (ChatGPT / OpenAI API)
What data is sent: Your raw text prompt and selected style.
Why it is sent: To grammatically enhance and expand your short description into a detailed, professional image-generation prompt.
Protection: OpenAI processes this data strictly to provide the API service and does not use API data to train their public models.
Replicate, Inc. & Black Forest Labs (Flux / Image Generation Models)
What data is sent: The enhanced text prompt (English description of the ring).
Why it is sent: To visually render and generate the actual image of the wedding ring.
Protection: Replicate processes the text to return an image URL. They enforce strict security and privacy standards.
Equality of Protection: We have verified that these third-party AI services provide the same or equal protection of user data as outlined in this Privacy Policy. No personal identifiers (such as your name, email, device ID, or location) are sent alongside your text prompts to these AI providers.
In compliance with App Store Guidelines (5.1.1 and 5.1.2), our App features a mandatory, explicit consent screen before you can generate your first design.
You will be presented with a clear notice identifying that your text prompts will be sent to OpenAI and Replicate.
You must explicitly tap "I Agree & Continue" (or equivalent) to grant permission before any data is transmitted to these third-party AI services.
Retention: We do not store your text prompts or generated images on our own servers. Images are generated via third-party APIs and downloaded directly to your device.
Security: Data transmitted between the App and the third-party AI services is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.
Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected information from your child, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' data, we will notify you through an in-app alert or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
