This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and the developer ("We", "Us", or "Our") governing your use of the AI Wedding Ring Designer mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for your personal, non-commercial use on a mobile device owned or otherwise controlled by you.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of the App or its affiliates, partners, or suppliers.
Use the App for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose, including generating harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate wedding ring designs and jewelry concepts based on your text inputs.
Ownership: You retain all rights to the prompts you input. However, due to the nature of AI, the generated images are provided "as is". We make no claims of exclusive copyright over the AI-generated imagery.
Accuracy: The AI-generated designs are conceptual and for visualization purposes only. They do not constitute technical blueprints for manufacturing. We are not responsible for the physical creation, structural integrity, or cost of any jewelry manufactured based on these AI concepts.
Certain features of the App require a premium subscription or the purchase of in-app credits.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You may manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as detailed in the Privacy Policy. We do not store personal photos; requested permissions are strictly for saving generated artwork to your device.
The App, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of the developer.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify or replace this EULA at any time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to this EULA constitutes acceptance of those changes.
