Go to Ringcentral.com, then click the down arrow on the login button and select RingCentral App. Use the same login you use for your BMCC email. You can also access your online account from RingCentral mobile and desktop apps.

Hi, I've been having issues with using 1password to login to our RingCentral app. RingCentral has three fields of info to log in, Phone number, extension, and password. What 1password does is put the password information in the extension field instead of the password field, or sometimes it inputs the phone number info to the extension field. I always end up having to delete the extension info and type either my phone number or password manually to login to the app. Is there any way to get around this? Thank you.

We are using RC desktop phone app for communicating.

We have different extensions and users in those extensions who are using the app and login into it.

Where can I get those login in and out generated report for audit in the application or admin portal?

We can check users login activity

3-legged OAuth is the standard login approach for user applications via the web where the user will be presented with a standard RingCentral login. This approach also supports RingCentral customers that have deployed single sign-on (SSO) via 3-rd party identity providers (IdPs). To implement 3-legged OAuth, implement the following steps:

With Okta, you can connect RingCentral to your AD using the Okta agent, and solve a multitude of login and user administration issues in a matter of minutes. No more password reset fiascos. No more profile synchronization challenges.

About Duo Single Sign-OnDuo Single Sign-On is our cloud-hosted SSO product which layers Duo's strong authentication and flexible policy engine on top of RingCentral logins. Duo Single Sign-On acts as an identity provider (IdP), authenticating your users using existing on-premises Active Directory (AD) or another SSO IdP. Duo SSO prompts users for two-factor authentication and performs endpoint assessment and verification before permitting access to RingCentral.

Duo Single Sign-On is available in Duo Premier, Duo Advantage, and Duo Essentials plans, which also include the ability to define policies that enforce unique controls for each individual SSO application. For example, you can require that Salesforce users complete two-factor authentication at every login, but only once every seven days when accessing RingCentral. Duo checks the user, device, and network against an application's policy before allowing access to the application.

Duo Universal PromptThe new Universal Prompt provides a simplified and accessible Duo login experience for web-based applications, offering a redesigned visual interface with security and usability enhancements.

Before you activate the Universal Prompt for your application, it's a good idea to read the Universal Prompt Update Guide for more information about the update process and the new login experience for users.

With another SAML identity provider as the Duo SSO authentication source, Duo SSO immediately redirects the login attempt to that SAML IdP for primary authentication. Users do not see the Duo SSO primary login screen.

Successful verification of your primary credentials by Active Directory or a SAML IdP redirects back to Duo. Complete Duo two-factor authentication when prompted and then you'll return to RingCentral to complete the login process.

I only found out about this feature after a client was targeted by a phishing attempt using this ridiculously easy-to-exploit "feature": the attacker can enter anyone's email address, the "Express Link" gets sent to that user from the *real* RingCentral server linking to the real ringcentral.com domain name.

"Finally! A great tool that allows everyone in our company to text our customers from the main company RingCentral phone number. Each user has their own login, so we know who is sending the messages. Plus they have a BUNCH of well-thought-out features to make your day-to-day even easier..."

Important! You need to enable pop-up for this web site in order to login your RingCentral via this Web app. After logged in successfully, if the pop-up window is not automatically dismissed, you can manually close the pop-up window and reload the page.

If your users are stored in the Joomla database and if you want to login to your  RingCentral site/applications  by using Joomla's user's credentials then you can use this setup guide to configure it.

Login is accomplished by calling the rcsdk.login() method of the Platform object with certain parameters dependingon the type of auth flow. A Promise instance is returned, resolved with an AJAX Response object.

If your app uses Implicit Grant you should not provide clientSecret when creating SDK instance. The resulting logininformation will not have refresh_token, which means that every time when access_token expires, app should navigateusers to app login page and re-initiate login flow. Also your app will need to handle situations with refreshErrorevents properly, for instance, enter auth flow automatically without user intervention.

This function will be called once login has succeeded, which allows the application to then perform updates tothe user interface, and then perform the next actions using the API to load account details for the user's accountand such.

To handle cases where login fails, you can provide an error handler function in a call to the Promise's catch method. To keep this example simple, a simple JavaScript alert is being used. In a real application, you will want to providea good UX in your login form UI.

Login into your 2N IP Intercom, open the menu Services / Phone / SIP 1. Default login is Admin and password 2n. Now you can use all credentials from the RingCentral. As you can see, there is ":5060" and ":5090" that is the port of RingCentral VoIP server. You can use it like on the picture below. 2351a5e196
