PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING RINATO. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Hypersoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Rinato mobile application (“App”). Rinato is an AI-powered photo editing and avatar generation app available on iOS (Bundle ID: com.hypersoft.rinato).
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Rinato provides AI-powered photo editing features including:
• AI Photo Enhancement — sharpen, upscale, and improve photo quality
• Old Photo Restoration — repair damage, scratches, and restore faded photos
• AI Colorize — add realistic color to black-and-white photos
• AI Unblur — fix blurry and out-of-focus images
• AI Photoshoot — generate professional-looking headshots
• AI Face Score — analyze and score aesthetic qualities of facial features for entertainment purposes
• AI Avatar Generation — transform photos into 10+ artistic styles including anime, 3D cartoon, caricature, superhero, vinyl figure, brick figure, and more
Features are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
To generate the results you request, photos you upload or capture are securely transmitted to Rinato’s AI processing service. Before your photo is sent to this service for the first time, the App will display an in-app disclosure identifying the service, explaining what data is sent, and requiring your explicit confirmation before any photo is transmitted. You may decline at any time, which will prevent that feature from processing your photo.
Rinato does not retain your photos. Photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers and our AI processing service immediately upon completion of processing. We do not use your personal photos to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Before AI processing begins, uploaded images are scanned by AWS Rekognition, a content moderation service operated by Amazon Web Services, to detect and reject content that violates Section 5.2 of these Terms. AWS Rekognition processes images in memory to perform this check and does not retain, store, or independently use your image data beyond performing it.
Rinato offers free access to certain features. Free users may be subject to the following:
• Advertisements displayed within the App through Google AdMob
• Watermarks applied to images generated using free or ad-supported access
• Daily limits on the number of AI features accessed via rewarded advertisements
• Certain content or analysis results may be blurred or restricted until unlocked
Free users may access certain features by choosing to watch a rewarded advertisement. By watching a rewarded ad:
• You acknowledge that the ad is voluntary and you have chosen to view it
• The feature will be unlocked for a single use after the ad completes
• Watermarks will still be applied to generated images unless you subscribe to a paid plan
• There is a daily limit on rewarded ad views per user
Images generated using free or ad-supported access will include a Rinato watermark. The watermark is removed only for active paying subscribers. You may not artificially remove, alter, or obscure the watermark unless you hold an active subscription.
Rinato offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
• Weekly Plan — $4.99 per week (includes 3-day free trial for new subscribers)
• Monthly Plan — $8.99 per month (includes 3-day free trial for new subscribers)
• Yearly Plan — $39.99 per year (includes 3-day free trial for new subscribers)
Prices shown are in US dollars (USD). Prices in other currencies are set by Apple and may vary. The total billed amount for each plan is always displayed clearly and conspicuously, with greater prominence than any free trial offer or calculated weekly or daily price, in the purchase flow before you confirm a subscription. Subscribing to any plan provides full access to all premium features including unlimited AI usage, no advertisements, and watermark-free image downloads.
New subscribers are eligible for a 3-day free trial on any subscription plan. The free trial is available to users who have not previously subscribed to Rinato Premium. After the free trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price
• Prices may change. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes before they take effect
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current paid period
• Cancellation of a free trial before it ends will result in loss of premium access immediately
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly through reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for purchases made through Apple’s App Store.
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple’s Terms of Service and payment policies.
When you upload photos or images to Rinato, you retain full ownership of those photos. By uploading content to our App, you grant Hypersoft a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the AI features you requested, including transmission to our AI processing service as described in Section 3.
You agree not to upload content that:
• Violates the rights of any third party, including copyright, privacy, or publicity rights
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Depicts minors in any inappropriate manner
• Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activity
• Is defamatory, harassing, or threatening
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
Uploaded content is automatically screened by AWS Rekognition as described in Section 3.3. Content identified as violating this section will be rejected and will not be processed.
Your uploaded photos are processed by our AI systems, including our third-party AI processing service, to deliver the results you request. We do not claim ownership over your photos. As stated in Section 3.2, photos are not permanently stored after processing is complete, and we do not use your personal photos to train AI models without your explicit consent.
The AI Face Score feature analyzes pixel-level image data from photos you provide to generate an aesthetic score and category breakdown for entertainment purposes only. This feature does not collect biometric identifiers, facial geometry maps, or facial recognition templates, and cannot be used to identify you.
Facial data is used solely to generate and display your requested score and breakdown. It is not used for identification, advertising targeting, or profiling, is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to perform content moderation and generate your score, and is not retained permanently after your results are delivered. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy, Sections 3.7 and 6.
You agree to use Rinato only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or access control features
• Use the App to generate or distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Share your account or subscription with others
• Circumvent any watermarks, usage limits, or paywalls
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic unedited photographs
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
Rinato, including its design, features, AI models, code, trademarks, and content (excluding your uploaded photos), is owned by Hypersoft and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
AI-generated images produced by Rinato are created based on your input photos and our AI models. You may use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of AI-generated images may be subject to additional restrictions depending on your jurisdiction and the content of the images.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
RINATO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hypersoft disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of AI-generated results
• Warranties that the App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
AI-generated results including face scores, photo enhancements, restorations, and avatar styles are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for all purposes. Results should not be used for medical, legal, or professional decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HYPERSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF RINATO.
This limitation applies to:
• Loss of data, photos, or content
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business
• Harm to reputation or loss of goodwill
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Inaccurate AI-generated results or face score analysis
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hypersoft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
• Your use of the App in violation of these Terms
• Your uploaded content violating third-party rights or applicable law
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any misrepresentation made by you
Rinato integrates with third-party services, including Google AdMob for advertising, AWS Rekognition for content moderation, and our AI processing service for generating your requested results as described in Section 3. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies:

We are not responsible for the practices, content, or reliability of any third-party services. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience only.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we collect, use, share, and protect your information, including how photos and facial data are sent to and handled by our AI processing service and AWS Rekognition. By using Rinato, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You may stop using Rinato at any time by deleting the App from your device. If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it through your Apple ID Account Settings to stop future charges.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Rinato at any time, with or without notice, if:
• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• We reasonably believe your use of the App poses a risk to other users or to us
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the App
Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
• We will update the Effective Date at the top of this document
• For material changes, we will provide notice through the App or other appropriate means
• Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the App and cancel any active subscription.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. If you are located in the European Union, you may also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at support@rinato.app. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law in your jurisdiction.
If you are an EU consumer, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for resolving disputes.
Rinato is distributed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that:
• These Terms are between you and Hypersoft, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for Rinato or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Rinato
• In the event of any failure of Rinato to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to Rinato
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you
Your use of Rinato is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes.
• Entire Agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hypersoft regarding Rinato
• Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect
• No Waiver: our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction
• Language: these Terms are provided in English. If we provide a translation, the English version will prevail in case of any conflict
