I am originally from the central Wisconsin area and I attended pharmacy school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While in school, I was introduced to the idea of pharmacogenomics and my first thought was, "wow, this is the future." Since then, it has been a passion of mine to learn more about pharmacogenomics and bring this new style of personalized medicine back to my home community. Through this company, I aim to bring pharmacogenomics testing services and comprehensive medication reviews to patients across Wisconsin.

A pharmacogenomic test looks at parts of DNA that include genes involved in the metabolism and distribution of medications. Since this is a DNA test, you only need to take the test once in your lifetime to know the unique variants of certain genes. Not everyone will respond the same way to medications, so why not know what your genetic blueprint is so you can make sure your medications are right for your body? Without this information, prescribers are using their best guess and professional judgement to prescribe medications that may not work for you. Together, we can work with prescribers to ensure your medications are perfect for you and complete your picture of personalized medicine.
