We are not responsible for accidental deletion caused by user actions, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Card prices and market information displayed in the App are provided for informational purposes only.
Prices may:

Differ between marketplaces.
Be delayed or inaccurate.
Not represent actual selling prices.
We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of pricing information.
You should independently verify prices before buying, selling, or trading cards.
Certain premium features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
Subscriptions:
Are billed through your Apple App Store account.
Automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Can be managed through your platform account settings.
Payments are processed by the respective app store and our subscription management provider.
Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
The App may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of advertisements shown within the App.
Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
The App, including its design, software, logos, graphics, text, and functionality, is owned by the RiftPrice Team or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The App may rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:
Supabase
RevenueCat
Google Firebase
Google Analytics
Google AdMob
Your use of these services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
We strive to keep the App available at all times.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may:
Modify features.
Add or remove functionality.
Perform maintenance.
Temporarily suspend the App.
Permanently discontinue the App.
without prior notice.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

The App will always be available.
The App will be error-free.

Card recognition or pricing will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiftPrice Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
Use of the App.
Inability to use the App.
Loss of data.
Loss of profits.
Inaccurate pricing information.
Third-party services.
Unauthorized access to user accounts.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscriptions during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if applicable, deleting your account.
Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, disclaimers, and governing law will survive termination.
We may revise these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the RiftPrice Team operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
