The PRIME VR Experience is an interactive careers program that brings the mining world directly into your school. Using VR headsets and software, students are immersed in a virtual mining environment where they can explore the wide range of career pathways available in the NSW mining industry — from trades and engineering through to technology, environmental science, and operations.
No excursion required — NSW Mining comes to you.
During the session students will:
⛏️ Explore a wide variety of careers and job opportunities within the mining industry
🪨 Learn about minerals, mining methods, and modern mining technology
🥽 Participate in an immersive virtual reality experience using VR headsets
👷 Experience five different mining-related roles in a safe and engaging virtual environment

Dates are limited — book early to secure your preferred session. The dates will need to be confiemed prior to the sessin being finalised for your school
