Before continuing in this course, be sure your computer is ready to go. Make sure you have everything listed below downloaded and set up on your computer. Click the images to be taken to the appropriate Oradocs or Oracle My Desktop pages, which will require an Oracle VPN connection, if you need directions on how to set these up.
Module 1 Task = 1 hr
To receive full credit for the completion of this course, you will be creating an eLearning tutorial as if you were fulfilling a client's Statement of Work. In this case, you can create an eLearning on any topic, though Basic Usability, Time Entry/Approvals, Expense Entry/Approvals, and other small yet high-volume topics are usually the most popular topics. You may use a script template from Confluence for your chosen process; you do not have to write the script from scratch.
Your requirements consist of the following:
3-5 PowerPoint slides, including an introduction, agenda, and conclusion slide, using the NetSuite Redwood-style template
A software simulation of the chosen process in a demo account (you can choose a Fundamentals demo account)
High-quality audio synced well with the simulation
At least 2 knowledge check questions
The eLearning, including the completion of the knowledge check, should be 10-15 minutes in length.
Your completed project will be evaluated by a grader upon completion. Instructions on sending your project to the grader will be provided in the final module.
