This privacy policy applies to the Perfect Brows Club (RIDZONOVA) app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Ridzonova s.r.o. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free-to-download application with optional paid memberships, courses and store purchases. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
The time spent on the Application
The operating system you use on your mobile device
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email, Phone Number, Address. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.
We use service providers, including Google Firebase and Stripe, to operate the Application, process payments and improve reliability and usage. Depending on the feature, these services receive account identifiers, device or installation identifiers, interaction events and the information needed to provide that service; these data are not always anonymized. Aggregate reports may also be used to understand and improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
When you share a post in Perfect Brows Club, we store its photos, videos, text, mentions and poll choices with your account identifier, display name and profile photo. Comments, likes, saved items, poll votes and reports are also stored to operate and moderate the Club. Published community content is available to members with access and to our administrators. Each member can read their own poll vote; aggregate results appear in the Club. Reports are available to the moderation team.
Photos are re-encoded before upload to remove embedded location and camera metadata. Members can edit the text of their own posts and delete their posts from the post menu. The account-deletion workflow removes the member's posts and uploaded community media. We use Google Firebase to store and process Club content; the reviewed Firestore and community Storage locations are in the EU.
You may choose to share feedback after cancelling renewal. Where enabled, we may also invite feedback after a member has had access for at least two weeks. Responding is optional, and declining or skipping feedback does not affect membership access or reverse a cancellation.
Named responses are associated with the signed-in account. When you select the anonymous option, we do not add your name, email or account identifier to the response. The service still receives an authenticated request and may retain technical logs and account state to prevent duplicate responses or manage reminders. Information you include in your own text can identify you; anonymity is not a promise that no technical or contextual link could ever be inferred.
Feedback is available to authorized administrators. Cancellation feedback may also be sent to the store's designated owners through its email service. We use individual responses and aggregate reason/rating summaries to improve the content, membership and application. Anonymous reports are not enriched with member identity or account segments.
Feedback is subject to the retention and rights sections below. Anonymous responses do not contain an account identifier, so we may be unable to locate an anonymous response from an account identifier alone. If you request deletion of a response, contact us with enough information to identify it.
We use account identifiers to authenticate users, enforce membership and course access, attribute community content and manage account functions. Device tokens are stored for push notifications. App interactions and account identifiers are also sent to Google Analytics for Firebase to understand usage and improve the application. Firebase Analytics uses an identifier for each app installation; the current iOS configuration disables advertising-ID support. Crash and performance diagnostics help us investigate errors and reliability.
Since the Service Provider is based in the European Union, you have specific rights regarding your personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
Right to Rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate.
Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten").
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you.

Uninstalling the Application stops further use of the installed application but does not automatically delete your account or data already stored by the Service Provider. To request deletion, use Delete Account in the Application or visit https://ridzonova.app/delete. You can also contact info@ridzonova.app about your privacy choices or deletion requests.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please utilize the "Delete Account" feature within the Application settings, or contact them at info@ridzonova.app and they will respond in a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@ridzonova.app) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
This privacy policy was originally effective on 2025-01-19 and was updated on 2026-10-12.
By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
