RidgeRun Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

A. Personal Data Demographic and other personally identifiable information (such as your name and email address) that you voluntarily give to us when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Application, such as chat, group activities, or profile setup.

B. Health and Fitness Data (Sensitive Information) Through integration with Apple HealthKit or third-party wearables, we collect sensitive health information including:

• Real-time Heart Rate and Heart Rate Variability (HRV).

• Blood Pressure records.

• Daily steps, distance, and elevation gain.

• Calorie expenditure and hydration logs.

• Note: This data is used solely to provide analytics and will never be shared with third-party advertisers without explicit consent.

C. Geo-Location Information We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide trail-tracking services. We also collect "Background Location" data to ensure your path is recorded even when the app is minimized.

D. User-Generated Content (IM & Social) Information you provide when you interact with other users via our Instant Messaging (IM) system, including text, images, and shared coordinates.

3. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

• Create and manage your account.

• Generate detailed fitness reports and "Ridge Performance" analytics.

• Deliver smart hydration and safety alerts based on your physiological data.

• Facilitate peer-to-peer communication and social group interactions.

• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.

4. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal, location, or health data. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

• By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process.

• Social Sharing: When you choose to share your trail achievements or live location with your "Running Tribe" or the public community.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
