If you want a lightweight, officially licensed team magnet that brings your Los Angeles Kings fandom to any metal surface, choose Rico Industries NHL Hockey Los; if you need a bold, full-size novelty plate designed for mounting on a bumper or wall with vivid, edge-to-edge graphics, choose Bliss Monkey Co Mexico Lopez License. This isn't about guessing which item fits better in your budget or checking a sales rank; it is strictly about matching the physical design and intended use of each piece to your specific goal of personalizing your space or vehicle.
• Rico Industries NHL Hockey Los: Its greatest strength is its versatility as a small, lightweight 4x10 inch magnet suitable for refrigerators, coolers, and car windows, but its trade-off is the limited surface area compared to larger decor pieces.
• Bliss Monkey Co Mexico Lopez License: Its biggest advantage is the standard 12x6 inch aluminum build that offers a commanding visual presence for front bumpers or man caves, though it requires a dedicated bracket and hardware to mount securely.
• Best For: Choose Rico Industries if you are a casual fan who wants to show support inside the home or on smaller vehicle surfaces without permanent installation; choose Bliss Monkey Co if you want a statement piece that mimics an official license plate for outdoor display or large wall installations.
The Rico Industries NHL Hockey Los Angeles Kings magnet is designed for the fan who wants to keep their allegiance visible everywhere they go, from the kitchen fridge to the side window of a truck. Because it is a flexible magnet rather than rigid metal, it can conform slightly to curved surfaces like cooler lids or rounded refrigerator doors without falling off.
This product is ideal for the "everyday fan" who doesn't need a permanent fixture but wants a highlight during game days. Whether you are hosting friends for a watch party or driving to the stadium, this magnet serves as a conversation starter without requiring tools or screws. It is perfect for people who enjoy rotating their decor based on the season or their current favorite team, as it can be moved instantly from a car window to an office filing cabinet. If you live in a rental or prefer not to drill holes into your vehicle or walls, this is the logical choice because it leaves no marks and demands zero installation effort.

However, you should skip this item if you are looking for a heavy-duty outdoor solution that must withstand harsh weather conditions for years without fading or warping. While the data notes it is great for auto and home decor, its small footprint means it will be less visible from a distance compared to larger plates. It is also not a structural piece; it relies entirely on magnetic force, so it cannot serve as a primary decorative element for a large wall or garage door where visibility is key. If your goal is snow removal or heavy-duty utility, this item is clearly not designed for that purpose, as it is purely aesthetic and lightweight.
In contrast, the Bliss Monkey Co Mexico Lopez License is built for impact. This is a full-size novelty plate measuring 12 by 6 inches, cut from smooth, rigid aluminum with rounded corners. The specifications highlight that it is made to fit a standard U.S. front plate bracket, making it the obvious choice for anyone wanting to customize the front of their vehicle or create a massive focal point in a garage.
The standout feature here is the vivid full-color print that goes edge to edge. Unlike smaller decals that might look cramped, this design utilizes the entire 12x6 canvas to deliver high-resolution graphics with fade-resistant inks. This makes it exceptionally durable for outdoor exposure, provided it is mounted correctly. The inclusion of four pre-cut mounting slots aligns perfectly with standard plate holes, allowing for a quick install in minutes using existing hardware. It is explicitly marketed for cars, trucks, SUVs, and walls, suggesting it is robust enough for the elements while maintaining its vibrant look on the road or in a man cave.
You should buy this if you are serious about displaying a custom look that commands attention. It is not just a small accent; it is a statement piece meant to be seen from the street. The design is printed to order and checked before shipping, indicating a focus on quality control for a product that needs to look professional. However, if you do not have a standard front plate bracket or are unwilling to use screws and hardware, this item will not work for you. It is a fixed installation piece, unlike the movable magnet. If you are looking for something to stick on a fridge or a small cooler, this size is simply too large and cumbersome for those applications.

After analyzing the specs, dimensions, and intended uses, I would choose the Bliss Monkey Co Mexico Lopez License for anyone looking to make a bold statement on their vehicle or in a dedicated room. The rigid aluminum construction and full-size format offer a level of permanence and visibility that the small Rico magnet simply cannot match. If your goal is for snow removal, neither of these items is actually designed for that function, as both are strictly automotive or home decor accessories. However, if your intent is to personalize your ride with a professional-grade look, the Bliss plate is the superior tool. I recommend the Bliss Monkey Co product because its design prioritizes durability and high-impact visuals, making it the right choice for long-term display.
