Berea has established itself as a vibrant trail town with hiking and biking. We'd like to connect Richmond to Berea to provide a robust path network in Madison County as well as continue to grow the trail network in Berea.

Provide multiuse paths to access the park via Tates Creek and Goggins Lane. The park itself will have multiuse and mountain biking paths so it would be great to be able to ride to the park and ride in the park.
