Over 24 years of experience in the catering industry, including event catering and fine dining, having previously been sponsored by Unilever Best Foods. Knowledge and substantial practice in allergen free diets.

With my own transport and easy access to the M1 and M62 motorways, I can travel to any location, the length and breadth of Great Britain.

AVAILABLE FOR 6 DAYS A WEEK ON LONG OR SHORT TERM ASSIGNMENTS

After many years of being a chef, learning and meeting new people I found the excitement of new challenges to be more of a personal motivation. Learning and teaching at the same time as re-juvenating venues/establishments, improving GP's, customer growth, and the knowledge that the big bosses are living it up in their villa in Spain.

The way he has approached the kitchen has been with a great professional attitude . His enthusiasm, his punctuality and hygiene standards are impeccable. Also his ability to play apart of the team I can relax on a day off, knowing what I walk back into will be how I left it.
