Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. My research interests include private equity and venture capital, entrepreneurial finance, and household finance.

I earned my Ph.D. in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School. Prior to pursuing my Ph.D, I worked as an investment banking analyst for Wells Fargo Securities in NYC. I earned a bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA from Brigham Young University.
