The Reagan High School Key Club Leadership Committee

Each year we ride in solidarity with our friends at Children of Vietnam, a locally founded Kiwanis sponsored non-profit organization. They work to provide support to rural communities in Vietnam. Each year they travel by bike from one village to the next helping with medical, educational, and community needs. Thanks to the Jerry Long YMCA, we are able to host our annual Cycle-Thon. Participating students collect pledges per mile or one time donations towards the cause.

One of our favorite service projects is Community Roots Day! Each fall, our club, along with hundreds of other community volunteers, spend the day planting trees around Winston Salem neighborhoods.

The pictures above show club members at the District 5A Service Social. Our club helped to make Christmas cards for children in the hospital and blankets and blessing bags for the homeless.

Each year, we get to help with the Twin City Kiwanis Pancake Jamboree. Key Club is the youth branch of the international Kiwanis service organization. The Twin City chapter has been serving our community for almost 70 years! We are grateful for the support they have provided us. We love any opportunity to work with our fellow Kiwanians!
