RG_Games Bot collects and stores the following types of data to operate its core features:

- User IDs – Identifies players for challenges, ratings, and match history

- Server IDs (Guild IDs) – Manages server settings and connections

- Channel IDs – Tracks which channels are active for challenges

- Group IDs – Manages cross-server channel groups

- Challenge Data – Tracks active and completed challenges

- Match Data – Records match history and links

- User Ratings – Stores likes and dislikes for player reputation

- Temporary Interaction Data – Prevents duplicate button clicks (cleared within minutes)

3. Data Usage

The collected data is used exclusively for:

- Creating and managing challenges between players across servers

- Maintaining cross-server channel connections and groups

- Displaying player ratings and match history

- Preventing duplicate challenges and spam

- Enabling premium role features (mentions for premium members)

- Ensuring system stability and performance

No data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

4. Data Storage and Retention

- Active Challenges – Deleted after 2 minutes (if not accepted) or when match is created

- Match Links – Expire after 5 minutes, history retained

- User Ratings – Stored permanently to maintain player reputation

- Server Settings – Stored until server removes the bot or settings are changed

- Channel Groups – Stored until admin removes them

- Temporary Interaction Data – Cleared from memory within 5 to 10 minutes

All data is stored in secure, encrypted databases with restricted access. Users may request data deletion by contacting the Royal Games team.

5. User Rights

You have the right to:

- Request deletion of server data, channel settings, or groups

- Opt out by removing the bot from your server

6. Data Security

- All data is stored in secure, encrypted databases

- Access is restricted to authorized administrators only

- Passwords and API keys are stored securely, never in code

- Communication between the bot and databases is encrypted

Royal Games reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the official Discord server. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
