Retro Games

Retro Games will consist of Pick-up Sticks, Jacks & Balls, and Pin the Tail on the Piggy.

Individual and overall winners will be crowned.

Pick-up Sticks – Hold the sticks in a very loose grip with the bottom of the sticks no

more than a fist’s width from the table. Drop them. Pick up as many sticks as you can in

one minute without moving any other sticks during each pickup. You may use a picked

up stick to help you. If any other stick than the one you are trying to pick up moves, your round is over. 3 rounds. High score wins.

Jacks and Balls – onesies, twosies, tensies! – Scatter the jacks. Toss the ball into the

air. Pick up the correct number of jacks. Let the ball bounce once. Grab the ball

with the same hand that holds the jacks before it bounces a second time. Yes, there will be practice time. (Hint – play standing instead of sitting – it gives you more mobility.)

Pin the tail on the Piggy – You will be turned, back to the white board, blindfolded, and handed a white board marker. Go to the board and draw a piggy tail on the piggy.

Closest to the center of the target wins. Two tries each.
