Pairings: A Tasting Experience

Gwen Pace is now following her passion for pairing wines with food. After earning a PhD in Materials Engineering and a 32.5 year career at Procter and Gamble, Gwen became WSET Level 3 certified. She also attended University of Wisconsin Madison for cheesemaking (CDR) and Dried and cured sausage making (MS&ABD). 

Gwen lives in Morrow with her husband, Jeff, and two dogs. She and Jeff spend their time rehabbing their Italianate style house, woodworking, gardening and volunteering.
