Our research interest is RF/mmWave/Sub-THz CMOS & III-V Semiconductor Integrated Circuit Design for Advanced communication/radar/sensing systems (Ex. B5G, 6G, Satellite ...).
We will mainly conduct research on RF/mmWave/Sub-THz IC design and details show as follows
