Whether its a tiny home, skoolie or RV there is a place for every type of traveling home at a Co-Living Campground.
These self sustainable campgrounds are focused on creating an environment of inclusion, growth and creativity. Patrons are those who live a life on the road and looking for a community to call home, including:
Remote Workers with Families + Digital Nomads + Farmers + Creatives & Craftspeople
Unlike traditional RV Parks or Campgrounds, CoLiving Campgrounds focus on community and sustainability. Each campground has a specific framework centered around selling crops, creative endeavors or both. These will ultimately bring in the revenue to continue operating and housing community members.
A yearly subscription to the network of campgrounds allows the patron to move between two or more campgrounds, taking what they've learned and applying it at other locations.
Space rental, water and metered electricity are included in this subscription. Meals will be provided through a dining hall or restaurant ran by community members with food grown and animals raised on site.
Each campground/community will need time to simmer into its full development. A five year window for each site will look similar to these stages of development.
Stage One - Site Acquisition with implementation of Remote Work necessities, dedicated areas for work and creation, half of dedicated agricultural acreage planted and harvested.
Stage Two - Growing full acreage, harvesting and preserving.
Stage Three - Incorporating larger events open to the public and the opening of the formal dining hall or restaurant. Official spaces for creating and display are defined.
