Rey is an artist from Arizona currently working and studying in Bellingham, Washington. They study English with a creative writing emphasis and Political Science looking towards advocacy and theory. To make matters even harder for themself they also decided to minor in Women Gender and Sexuality Studies. They have written in every genre from screenplays to experimental prose. Their goal is to use their writing to make a better world for queer and non-binary people like them that have struggled to see themselves represented. Their passion lies in publications and words and have dedicated their life to the practice of these arts. Currently they are working on their novel Blood Under the Willow Tree, about ghosts, murder, and queer rebellion.
