rex is… a grungy alternative rocker from Washington DC, and the quintessential alternative black kid. his music combines secular and sacred influences, dirty guitars and gospel-soul vocals. with a diverse backing band, he plays around the Mid-Atlantic region for the classic-heads, the gen-xers, and the scene babies.
