Rewlo Rust (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected when you use the Rewlo Rust app and related services, as well as the choices and privacy rights available to you.
Please read this Privacy Policy before using Rewlo Rust.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Rewlo Rust Android app and related features and services provided by Rewlo Rust.
Rewlo Rust does not require users to create an account. To maintain points, task progress, redemption records, and fraud-prevention information, we generate a server-side anonymous identifier for each user.
Third-party games, surveys, advertisements, and redemption services may be governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
2. Eligibility
Rewlo Rust is intended only for users age 18 or older. Users under 18 may not use the app, participate in tasks, or submit reward redemption information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us at vitantoniorebold@gmail.com. After reviewing the request, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information collected automatically or generated through use
We and our service providers may collect:
- A server-generated anonymous user or device identifier;
- The Android Advertising ID and similar identifiers;
- An IP address and an approximate country, region, or city-level location inferred from the IP address, network information, device signals, or information provided by relevant service providers;
- Device model, operating system, app version, language, network, and configuration information;
- Check-in records, task identifiers, task status, completion-verification results, points activity, and redemption status;
- App activity, such as sessions, screens viewed, clicks, and feature interactions;
- Ad impressions, clicks, video completion, and rewarded-ad interactions;
- Push notification tokens, permission status, and notification preferences;
- Crash reports, error logs, performance data, and other diagnostic information.
Rewlo Rust may automatically collect or infer your approximate location, such as your country, region, or city-level location. We do not collect precise geolocation or continuously track your location while the app is in the background. Approximate location is used to determine which game tasks, surveys, and rewards are available in your region and to support service security, eligibility verification, and fraud prevention. We do not sell approximate location information.
3.2 Information you provide
When requesting a reward redemption, you may provide:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- A payment account identifier or other information required to process the redemption.
If you contact us, we may also collect your contact information, the contents of your request, and any supporting information you choose to provide.
3.3 Third-party game and survey information
Game tasks and surveys may be operated by third-party providers. These providers may collect device information, task interactions, eligibility-screening information, or survey responses under their own privacy policies.
Individual survey responses are handled directly by the third-party survey provider. Unless clearly disclosed otherwise before participation, Rewlo Rust generally receives only participation status, completion status, verification results, and the corresponding points result—not the individual survey responses.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide and maintain the core features of Rewlo Rust;
- Maintain check-in, task, point, and redemption records;
- Verify whether game or survey requirements were completed;
- Determine which tasks, surveys, and rewards are available based on approximate location;
- Verify regional eligibility and prevent unusual participation, eligibility abuse, and other fraud;
- Process and verify reward redemption requests;
- Deliver, measure, and manage advertisements and sponsored tasks;
- Send functional notifications permitted by the user;
- Analyze performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve the user experience;
- Detect fraudulent tasks, duplicate participation, unusual devices, and other abuse;
- Protect users, partners, and the legitimate interests of Rewlo Rust;
- Comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, and legal processes.
5. Advertising and Sponsored Content
Rewlo Rust may display:
- Native advertisements;
- Interstitial advertisements;
- Rewarded advertisements that users choose to engage with;
- Sponsored third-party game tasks or surveys.
Rewarded advertisements are shown only after a user chooses to participate. Interstitial advertisements are not presented as system messages and should not unexpectedly interrupt an unrelated user action.
Advertising services may be provided through AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, TopOn, or advertising partners connected through those platforms. These partners may process advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information, ad impressions, clicks, and completion information for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
Approximate location information is not used solely for advertising targeting or advertising analytics. The advertising services used may vary by region, app version, and configuration.
6. How We Share Information
We may share necessary information:
- With game-task, offerwall, and survey providers to display tasks, verify completion, and calculate points;
- With task or survey providers to provide necessary country, region, or eligibility results;
- With AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, TopOn, and their advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention;
- With redemption or payment providers to verify and process redemption requests;
- With hosting, cloud storage, push notification, analytics, diagnostics, security, and support providers;
- To comply with applicable laws, court orders, regulatory obligations, or valid government requests;
- To investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or policy violations;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer involving Rewlo Rust, subject to applicable law.
Advertising, task, and survey providers may independently infer approximate location from IP addresses or network information and process that information under their own privacy policies.
We require service providers to process information only as necessary to provide their services. Some third parties may act as independent data controllers or businesses and process information under their own privacy policies.
7. International Processing
Because Rewlo Rust is available globally, information may be processed on servers located outside your country or region.
Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable measures to protect international data transfers, including contractual safeguards or other legally recognized mechanisms.
8. Retention and Deletion
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide task, point, and redemption services;
- Complete redemptions, reconciliation, and dispute handling;
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse;
- Meet legal, tax, audit, or regulatory obligations;
- Maintain legitimate business records and protect legal rights.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or anonymize it as required by applicable law. Some records may be retained for longer when necessary for legal obligations, security investigations, fraud prevention, or unresolved disputes.
Because Rewlo Rust does not provide registered accounts, there is no account-deletion process. You may still request deletion of information that can be associated with you.
9. Data Security
We use HTTPS to encrypt data transmitted between the app and our servers and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law in your location, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we process information about you;
- Request access to or a copy of that information;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion;
- Withdraw consent previously provided;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Use available device or in-app privacy controls to limit certain advertising-related processing;
- File a complaint with a local data protection authority.

To locate records and protect user information, we may ask for a redemption email address, payment account identifier, anonymous device identifier, or other information reasonably necessary to verify and process the request. We will request only the minimum information needed.
You may use available device or in-app privacy controls to limit certain processing or contact us to request access to or deletion of approximate location records that can be associated with you. If necessary regional information is unavailable, some region-restricted tasks, surveys, or rewards may not be offered.
Deleting necessary information may prevent certain task verification, points, or redemption features from continuing to work.
You can disable Rewlo Rust notifications through Android system settings and manage the Advertising ID through available device privacy settings.
11. Protection of Minors
Rewlo Rust is not directed to users under 18, and minors are not permitted to participate in tasks or redeem rewards.
If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor, we will take reasonable steps to stop processing and delete it. Parents or guardians may submit a deletion request to vitantoniorebold@gmail.com.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Rewlo Rust may contain links to third-party games, surveys, advertisements, or other services. Once you leave Rewlo Rust, your activity is governed by the relevant third party’s privacy policy and terms.
Review those policies before participating in a third-party task, completing a survey, or submitting personal information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or data practices.
The updated policy will be published in the app or on the public privacy policy page with a revised effective date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, we will take the appropriate steps.
