The Master Thesis focuses on the yellows from weld, exploring the recipes of Antoine Janot and Paul Gout, two French master colourist from the 18th century. The goal is to study their stability and distinguish the very similar recipes using molecular fluorescence, as well as exploring the portable format of this very useful technique for organic compounds
