How to keep the setout tile in mirror groups?

Question: Hi Tien, do you know how to keep the aligned tile when using mirror groups?

When I have a group with a correct setout tile, then I copy a group it will keep the correct setout tile.

But when I mirror the group I got the issue, the setout tile is uncorrected. Do you know how to fix it?

Answer: If you want to keep the correct setout tile, I recommend dimensioning the tile line with the 3d element and then locking the dimension.

After locking the dimensions you will get the correct setout tile for mirror groups

Extra Note: You can create dimensions in your working view or hide the dimensions if you don't want to show it in your main drawings
