Question: Hi Tien, the handrail isn't touching the slab on the ground floor but it's correct on the level above, It's the same family. Do you know why?
In the image below, the handrails on the level above are touching the slab but the handrails on the ground level not touching the slab.
Answer: The railing is hosting the stair, and it has 3 parts as image below
So it will use the height of the stair when ending part 1 to draw parts 2 and 3, so it will never touch the slab on the ground.
The solution is to increase the part 1 length, it has to be 280mm (1 step width) longer than the first step to letting it touch the ground as image below.
Extra Note: The other solution is set the beginning of part 2 before ending stair.
